In the whole greater Moncton area this place will probably have the most authentic Indian taste and less of fusion. Amazing food and service. Absolutely loved it. Have visited here several times and have always got amazing service. I agree with the fact that the restaurant is smaller in size compared to the most of the places around but I would say focus on the quality rather than quantity. Must GO!!!

Finally there is an authentic south- Indian restaurant in the town. Dosa and Maidu-Vada was delicious. Chicken Biriyani has perfectly blend spice and nicely seasoned chicken. Would definitely go there again.

Great place if you are searching for south Indian food tastes. Dining and takeout available. We tried dosa (south Indian favorite) and Kerala type biriyani (for the first time) Happy with taste. Very much Like the pickle they served. Can be busy during weekends. Parking available . Friendly service.

We recently visited this place in Moncton. This is really a good place to explore south Indian food. We ordered mysore masala dosa. It was spicy because they used the spice from south india to make it authentic. It was really tasty and worth trying. It was fulfilling and sambhar, coconut chutney and red chutney was also good. Stuffing inside dosa was good too. We also tried paneer from appetizers. It was coated with green spicy chutney. It was very spicy because they used the spicy small chilli from Kerala. But it was too delicious. I will highly recommend to try that. Service was also excellent. They are nice people. If you will request to adjust spicy level, they will definitely consider the request. Must try place in Moncton for south indian food.

Madras Cafe, nestled in the vibrant heart of Dieppe, has become a weekly food haul for my friends and me. Residing in Sackville, we eagerly traverse the distance, drawn by the allure of their exceptional Indian cuisine. The beef biryani, a fragrant symphony of spices and tender meat, and the Kalappam, a delightful South Indian specialty, stand out as our favorites. However, it's the mutton pepper fry that truly captivates our palates with its robust flavors. A highlight of our dining experience is their tomato chutney. It's simply the best I've tasted so far, adding a tangy and sweet accompaniment to the meals. The staff, noting our appreciation, generously provided an extra serving at no cost, exemplifying their commitment to customer satisfaction. An unexpected yet delightful surprise was the pickled pineapple. Its unique taste, a perfect blend of sweet and sour, was a refreshing interlude in our rich feast. Among the myriad of Indian eateries scattered around Moncton, Madras Cafe shines as a beacon of authentic flavors and warm hospitality, firmly establishing itself as my top recommendation for anyone seeking an unparalleled Indian dining experience.
